Below are some very important information in regard to our upcoming tournament.

A few reminders:

1. No smoking or vaping at the game site. Go to the parking lot if you must.
2. No alcohol will be allowed at the game site. If you are found with alcohol you will be asked to leave the game site. Please leave it at home.
3. Only the team cooler will be allowed at the game site. We must support the local league host so no coolers will be allowed.
4. No speakers will be allowed at the game site. NO WALK UP SONGS. In some cases we will have people to announce the players during the games but no music will be played. If you would like to volunteer to announce BOTH teams while on offense please let us know at the D28 table. 
5. MNLL has a working scoreboard at each field but that requires an individual to run it.  If you are interested in helping out with the scoreboard , please let us know at the D28 table. 


DISTRICT 28  POLICY ON VIDEOTAPING AND LIVE STREAMING OF TOURNAMENT GAMES

Spectators are allowed to videotape their players during their at bats or on the field of play  for their personal usage only. Cameras may not be affixed to any field structure or fencing at the game site. It is left to the discretion of the Tournament Staff when someone has violated these guidelines. Individuals may be asked to put their cameras away and could be asked to leave the facility if in violation of this guideline. At no time are cameras allowed on the field of play and/or in the dugouts. 

ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE STREAMING OF THE GAMES WILL BE ALLOWED.
